This coffee bean is produced by Cooperative Agraria Cafetalera La Florida, a large co-op in the Chanchamayo Valley of Peru. In the cup this coffee is well balanced with a bold finish. Hints of sweet cut tobacco provide a smooth texture and flavor. Our recommendation for a late afternoon French press.
